Just the word "PORSCHE" creates a feeling of speed, fine lines and excitement.

The first production car to bear the Porsche name was completed in the tiny village of Gmund, Austria in 1948. Created by Professor Ferry Porsche and designated the 356, this initial sports car launched the Porsche marque in the automobile industry. It also laid the technical foundation for many succeeding and highly prized Porsche models. From humble beginnings in a few wooden sheds to its present state-of-the-art research and production facilities, PORSCHE has led the way in sports cars as well as racing machinery.

About 30 years ago Hartmut Abl got involved with his first Porsche.

The enclosed list shows a selected number of his cars. Almost each automobile is in concourse-condition and each symbolises the finest of the Porsche marques.
